1.1. TaxizGO is a platform connecting riders and drivers. Riders use the app to request transportation services, and drivers use the app to provide those services.
1.2. Riders and drivers are responsible for their interactions and transactions on TaxizGO. TaxizGO is not liable for any disputes, injuries, or damages arising from these interactions.
2.1. To use TaxizGO, users and drivers must create an account. All information provided must be accurate, and you agree to keep it up-to-date.
2.2. Users and drivers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for any activity on their accounts.
3.1. Riders can request transportation services through the app. Drivers can accept or decline these requests at their discretion.
3.2. Riders and drivers agree to treat each other with respect and comply with all local laws and regulations during rides.
TaxizGO uses various payment methods, including credit cards and mobile wallets. By using TaxizGO, you agree to the payment terms and authorize TaxizGO to charge you for rides.
Both riders and drivers can cancel rides. Cancellation fees may apply in certain cases, and these fees are specified in the app.
Users and drivers can rate and review each other after a ride. Abusive or inappropriate content is prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
TaxizGO reserves the right to terminate or suspend user and driver accounts for violations of these Terms or any illegal activities.
TaxizGO provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee the availability or quality of rides. TaxizGO is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of the platform.
TaxizGO may update these Terms at any time. Users and drivers will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
